In concurrence with the organisation of the AICAT national congresses, the Association awards two prizes, one for young researchers and the other for senior scientists.
Lucci Award
The AICAT Association remembers the colleague Alberto Lucci, who passed prematurely in October 1983, with a prize named after him and intended for young Italian researchers working in the field of Calorimetry and/or Thermal Analysis.
AICAT "Giuseppe Della Gatta" Award
The AICAT Assocation remembers the collegue Giuseppe Della Gatta, who passed in September 2020, with a prize named after him and awarded to a scientist in recognition of significant scientific achievements in the field of Thermal Analysis and/or Calorimetry.
